Import files from the folder "Import into IMG" with the program SparkIV or OpenIV
file(s) sabre.wft, sabre.wtd into the archive C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\\pc\models\cdimages\vehicles.img;
Replace the lines with the settings
