The Raceabout from Live For Speed, with support for any skin.
Notes:
The game really doesn't like right-side steering cars so expect lots of bugs entering and exiting
LFS cars don't have detachable and movable parts so there's visible holes in its doors when opened
Use https://gtaforums.com/topic/955449-iv-zolikapatch/ to unlock the 4 livery limit
