Even though u would get the back up warning sound when in reverse, u could always assign the ambulance value to it in veh.ide to get diesel engine sound :p
example:
"admiral, admiral, car, ADMIRAL, AMBULAN, VEH@STD...."

It might be optimized to work w/ ENB but would have liked better luminous intensity in lights. Indicators are yellow but almost white the intensity is so great.
I noticed behind front/rear wheels in fender well area, some parts are showing not the color of the body.. Otherwise its a pretty nice car :)
