!IMPORTANT!
How to install:
Run Open IV
Click on package installer (below Max Payne 3)
Select the ".oiv" file that you downloaded and press open
Follow the on-screen prompts
Features:
Working lights
Bullet holes
Lods
Mapped dirt
Custom collision model
Custom Handling
If you can make a better handling line, post it in the comments.
Make sure to backup your files, I'm not liable if anything breaks!

I changed the file now to include a manual and automatic install, thanks for the feedback.
