Cheval Surge
"Take shit from your gas guzzling buddies, and spend hours at charging stations just to get mistaken for a rideshare driver. The Cheval Surge turns the zero emissions dream into a dull reality."

Finally a green car comes to Liberty City. It is the Surge's proposal that is fully electric with zero emissions, based on the first generation of the Chevy Volt with some traces of the current Honda Insight and Prius.
Base car from GTA V and other parts and textures from GTA IV;
-Proper V Lods;
-Proper Collisions;
-Proper Camera;
-Front License Plates;
-Stock Appearance.
Replaces any car or can be added.
