-Dacia Logan Pick-up ELIA which replaces Fortune car from GTA IV

1:>Use "Spark" program to open "vehicles.img" file
2:>Find and replace both "df8/fortune.wtd" and "df8/fortune.wft"
3:>Hit Rebuild then Save buttons
4:>Run GTA IV and spawn "df8/fortune" car
