Install:
- Run OpenIV > EFLC > TBoGT > pc > models > cdimages > vehicles.img
- Enter Edit-mode and replace apc.wtd
(if using DLC episodes) OpenIV > GTAIV > DLC > TBoGT > content > pc > models > cdimages > vehicles.img
