@jani201 i agree, i would be a great improvement that would make an unique addition to your collection

my suggestion would be to add (not replace) it as a custom cop car and make it ELS enabled
then the only thing left to do is search for the compatible mode for the light to work.
anyway, it's only my personal opinion :p. but i'll give it a 9 ;)

could someone make an evil KARR twin when there are so many KITT models but not a single KARR model for GTA IV ? There is a whole mod in GTA V and KITT and KARR also look great
