1.Open with SparkIV vehicle.img arhive from C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\pc\models\cdimages
2.Import admiral.wft and admiral.wtd file from Renault Clio folder in arhive.
3.Save and rebuid the arhive and ...
Have Fun.

The car was tested on the 1.0.4.0 version.
