Tunable Vanilla Vehicles [TVV]

Tired of seeing the same cars again and again?What about some personality?This mod adds tuning parts from GTA 5 to GTA 4 as "EXTRAS",so those parts can spawn randomly,and if you have the "LIBERTY CITY CUSTOMS" mod you can apply those parts to your car by entering a Tuning Shop.
There is a total of 8 cars in this mod,and more will be added in future updates
