Ein komfortabler Skin-Editor für GTA 3 mit dem man neue Skins aus über 100 verschiedenen Objekten zusammensetzen kann, damit wird das "skinnen" sehr viel leichter. Es lassen sich auch eigene Skin-Teile importieren und es ist möglich, Teile wie Sonnenbrillen auf den Skins anzubringen.

@GidaeonGilgameshyea me too, i went and downloaded the file off the internet and it still says it.
i tried solutions elsewhere and nothing works.
i read something about some visual basic runtime, i just dont know which one.
