Description
This was a fan-request, the trench coat model is taken from Frosted Winter by BEGINit, other than that, everything's made by myself.
Place the .dff and .txd either in Modloader, or replace in gta3.img, it's up to you.
The skin is also using only ONE texture, meaning you can make skins with it. I've included a Default, Player2 and a Beta skin.

@Jaymal15 "Matt got some business up there, but maybe i could do you a favor." When you open the archive of the folder you will find 3 stuff
"Player.txd"
"Player.dff"
"Skins" (folder.)
So grab IMGtool (or any IMG tool that opens IMG Stuff) and replace the txd and dff, rebuild the IMG (Optional) then close the tool
Then delete your skins folder (Optional)
And now add and replace the skins in the archive (Required)
Then open GTA 3, Go to your options. Select "Player, Playa2, Player_beta".
And now you are done

@CleytonGamer thanks, but I do have some hoodies that I made myself, they're not that great but eh... don't really care much about them.

It's not that I don't want to accept, I'm just too busy with other mod projects (such as GTA BAZOOKA, TTDISA) and also gotta do college, which eats my free time more than it should.

I sent the server link but you don't accept we're just recreated a beta map from scratch and several mixmods team are helped as a contribution as well
