I can only create models using parts of existing models, I don't know much about gta bones

@SpawnMods xbox and mobile use skin and bones, to replace the skin and bones with a pc skin your gonna need 3dsmax and have The hero's dff importer and exporter script. if you need help i will make a video tutorial on how to soon
