Description
Now in GTA 3 has a prison of Alcatraz, in which the cavern run
prisoners in orange uniforms.
They appear and disappear at night during the day (at night go a little pedov).
Depending on the angle of view may not appear immediately,
instead they can be ordinary pedy (they randomly)
if this happens, then go away and come back, and they will appear.
Updated alcatraz 2.IDE improved way
Model of new prisoner in img. Add strictly gta3.img

For the standard version of the map and the color of snow (modes).

I want to make a global texture mod. I need somebody's help in setting up (fixing and adding) the location of the texture in the dff file. (In the original, they are either crookedly installed (one texture can be divided in different places) or there are none at all. If you do not pay close attention).
