Render Fix!
-Added Configured ENB Series v0.075c3 with my best optimal settings.With bloom and reflection enabled.
-Added 2DFX LodLights,to improve lamppost shadow with lights intensity with high draw distance.
-Added Latest CLEO Library,added transparent water,added transparency water script.
-Added Widescreen Fix.
-Added Silent Patch.
-Added Visual Optimizer.(Optimiser.asi)
