GTA III: Easy Car Spawner v1.1

F4 - Activation
Arrows - Navegate between cars list
Enter - Select car
Backspace - Exit/Cancel

Changelog:
*Vehicles goes by alphabetical order.
*Optimization into the code.
*Fixed missing IDs.
*FXT added with custom GXT strings.
*Now the RC Bandit can be spawned but crashes into game because is supposed not be usable by the player.
*Other minor fixes.
