GTA 3 HD Wheel mod (V1.1)

This is my GTA 3 HD Wheel mod(V1.1)
it replaces all the wheels of the cars and of the trains.
In the version 1.0 there was a testure glitch/bug.
whatever i have fixed the glitch/bug
Rquierement:
YOU MUST HAVE INSTALLED GTA3.EXE VERSION 1.0 OTHERWISE IT WONT WORK WITH THE MOD
