Bullet Hole Mod for Android

Is this CLEO or some other kind of mod? But it looks really nice, just like GTA V.

@Pranjit Das It's effect.fxp replacement, those bullet holes are buggy as hell. The bullet holes are floating and it's not in the wall itself. I tried it and seems this mod is stolen again it was made by Rizky Aldiansyah

@cheeseburger Thank you so much for information! I was just thinking to try out, but now I will never try to do that. Also, I noticed that this guy put this mod in GTA 3 Mobile section, which make no sense at all.

Seems like he have no knowledge about modding at all, and that's why he stole other's works and reuploaded as his own, even in the wrong section!
