@Till Lindermann I know how to use img tool. What I am mean is do I replace files in txd.image too?

Yes, in txd.img too. Or you can download "gta3 without txd.img" mod. After that you do not need to replace textures in txd.img. There will be only replacing in gta3.img.

@Till Lindermann That's what I suspected but I wasn't sure. Does this apply to every texture mod that has a txd file? Because there one on both img's.
