@MAS42662 You need TXD workshop for this. u can get it from google. U don't need to install it. just make a folder for it on your desktop and extract all of the items into the folder. Then just look thru the app into your gta vc's Models folder for gta3 file. it'll bring up tons of stuff..look for a car which is always parked in vercetti estate. its called admiral.dff and admiral.txd..but make a save if u won't like it..save both files..
