Model and convert to SA - Andrew_A1
Adaptation and convert to Vice City - mad-dog666

For release model on your website you need to do 3 simple things: notify the author, give link to
archive without changes, type author's nickname(s).
Using model in global mods, using parts of model, converting to other games, placing 3d-model for download
without author's permission are not allowed.

I'm no expert at moding put this is the first car were i edited the Handling file. any ways what i did was edit the "fSuspensionForceLevel" which is categorized as the letter "V" in the file and i adjusted it to a value of "3.0" which is high but this allowed me to cut out the dragging effect. like I said i'm not a expert an this is my first moding of a file to fix a bug but if there is any better alternative to change regarding values let me know but that is how I fixed the issue. I hope any one else installing this mod can use this to enjoy the mod. (lol almost a decade after this mod was uploaded lol)
