Of course, You can replace the Engine Sound whatever You want.

Method (Mod Loader):
Location:
"Drive letter:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\modloader"
or:
"Drive letter:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\modloader"
In the catalog "modloader" create a folder called "Daewoo-FSO Polonez Plus 1.6I GLI Engine Sound Mod By SpiderMan (spiderpawel)" and add folder "GENRL" there.
