[UPDATE] Heavenly Timecycle v0.3b

Hi! Now i'm back with my new update of my timecycle

v0.3b Features:
- Brighter
- Traffic Lights reflection on road are brighter
- Dark when night (go to countryside and go to the olace with a lot of trees)
- some features is still same as v0.2h

Unknown bugs:
- Traffic lamps is not white/kinda yellow, but old blue (still trying to fix it but dont know which code that i need to change and what's max digit of it)
