1.Installation:
copy "cleo" folder into your gta sa game folder

then add all files from "add to gta3.img" folder in gta3.img with img tool

Notes :
you can find him in the map.jpg
he will spawn from 23:00 until 2:00
thats very scary, just becareful when you found him!!!!!!!
