how to use it?

I found a big glitch where whenever you Gain/lose Muscles/Fat, and you go inside or outside of a building, Then your selected skin looks like CJ but really cursed with cursed Legs and Arms.. and i cant change it back to the skin i wanted because it is already selected. Selecting another skin and then back to the choosen skin also does'nt work! I have to Restart the whole game everytime then..
is there any kind of fix that you cant gain/lose Fat/muscles ingame??
