My update to my personal ENB, with updated timecycle and weather and stuff. Works in SAMP as always.

- Custom clouds replacement in particle.txd
- Unbloated and clean package, meant to boost playability
*If you want DoF, you can always copy enbprepasseffect.fx into your game folder from google or from another ENB.
