Box Trailer V2

I'm sorry for the screenshot fails and for not taking photos of all the
ads, but they're the same as the first version.

The box trailer model was created by Nyloc8 and the txd was edited by
me. Replaces artict1 by default.

2. Kakagawa ad (electronics company).
3. Spand Express (delivery company).
4. U.S. Mail.
5. Fleisch Berg (Beer company).

- San Andreas lights.

- All working lights. Works fine with IVF, except turning
signal.

- 2 color support.

- Custom collision, flat shadow and LOD.

- No sinking wheels.

- Interior (not designed but can go inside the trailer).

- No SA-MP/MTA testing.

- GTA SA license plate.
