Niko's Appearance Overhaul

Overhauls Niko's appearance with either a improved and more consistent version of the retail assets or the beta assets that are used in EFLC. Regarding the latter, it's surprising in the first place that this assumed oversight occurred in the first place and most especially that this doesn't seem to be known about whatsoever. Special thanks to GoldenSaddle for pointing it out on the GTA IV Modding Discord server as without their input, I wouldn't have thought to do this at all.

To install the mod; all you need to is open your playerped.rpf file in the following directory, "GTAIV\[update]\pc\models\cdimages\..." and copy/paste the provided files into there. You can do that via the help of OpenIV or SparkIV. As for the ped stuff, either copy on over the 'update' folder of your choice to the root directory (GTAIV) if you have FusionFix installed or manually install each file to the location that they're supposed to go.

Retail // EFLC Niko:

- ADJUSTMENTS: Forgot to change out the modloader .img names from the old format to the new one. 

Retail+Beta // IV Niko:

- OVERHAULS: Upgraded the hand textures with higher quality textures after having a look at the beta version of cs_official.

- ADDITIONS: Added a compatibility patch for BrynnaDaRosa's Seamless Hands and Redone Gloves mods.

- FIXES: Gave the iris' baked-in reflections.

- OVERHAULS: Replaced the beta teeth textures with the retail ones.

Retail // IV Niko:

- ADJUSTMENTS: Added the fingerless glove over on top of the retail hands texture(s.)

- ADJUSTMENTS: Upscaled the beta hair's diffuse texture and edited it so that it more closely matches the retail hair.

Beta // IV+EFLC Niko: 

- ADDITIONS: Added an alternate teeth variant optional mod based off of TBoGT's cutscene model.

- ADJUSTMENTS: Brightened up Niko's hands as to match the lighter skintone that's present on the fingerless gloves mesh.

General:

- ADDITIONS: Added my retail EFLC Niko overhaul to the mod.

- ADDITIONS: Added the 'retail appearance' option.

- ADDITIONS: Cooked up a compatibility patch for Ellie-H's 'Character Variations.' Felt a little peeved by some of the edits made to Niko's textures, might make an update for it later.

- FIXES: Corrected the DXT artifacts on the fingerless glove texture(s.)

- OVERHAULS: Updated the teeth textures with higher quality ones (128x > 256x).

- ADDITIONS: Added various new head versions to use for those wanting specific versions of the inner mouth and roughness on their Niko's.

- ADDITIONS: Added a static eye reflections optional for the pure beta Niko experience.

- ADJUSTMENTS: All textures now have mip maps tied to them.

- OVERHAULS: Removed the baked-in eye shine from all of the (main) head versions.

- ADDITIONS: Added hair textures after having found out that they were different as well.

- ADDITIONS: Added an 'optionals' directory with two additional texture options, all of which were made by DeathWrench.

- ADDITIONS: Modified the teeth's diffuse texture so that the eye shine doesn't give off a 'double visions' sort of deal with the modelled eye shine on Niko's eyes.
