GTA 4 Toni Cipriani ped

Celebrating GTA LCS's anniversary with this!
This mod adds Toni Cipriani from GTA LCS to GTA 4. Originally rigged to ig_brucie, can replace any ped of your choice by renaming. The model has a small hole in his pants because it's originally extracted from GTA RE: LCS, and the models from there have randomly invisible holes when ported to other games that I yet haven't figured out how to fix, if it's possible to fix it at all.
