Gun mod inspired by Saints Row 3 Shark-O-Matic gun, it spawns a big shark breaking the ground and eating the victim of the shot.

I shoot the gun at an npc but no shark but I know it's installed correctly as its listed in the mod menu. how do I get the shark to pop up?
