TBoGT Timecyc in IV

Have you noticed how timecyc looks completely different in TBoGT than in IV? It has such a beautiful colors that are very breath taking! Well, that's because it was improved and uses a very different filter than the original game. Even more, it's considered to be the best version ever made than the previous one. Which is why I decide to create this mod for you and here you go. Now you will enjoy playing GTA IV more than you did before. Have fun!
