[IV] Palm Foliage Improvement

Attention - This mod just add palms to your game. It dosen't place any objects on your map(I am not good at mapping). Use your own skill to do that.(And send me it if you can.I will update the mod with it.)

Adds a good pack of palms to GTA IV(Does not replace. Gta IV don't have palms?)
