Install:
Step 1: Put SpawnTheJokerAnywhere.net.dll file in GTA IV "scripts" folder

Step 2: Start OpenIV

Step 3: Enable Edit mode

Step 4: Go to "pc/models/cdimages/componentpeds.img

Step 5: Make a backup (important!)

Step 6: Replace the files with the downloaded ones.
