Hello,
here i have a serbian flag, the flag are on military objects, policestations etc.
please go in OpenIV Editor to:

Grand Theft Auto V\x64c.rpf\levels\gta5\props\building\v_rooftop.rpf\

...and replace all in the folder.

Zdravo ljudi,

napravio sam srpsku zastavu za Gta V.
Nalazi se na objektima militarnim, policijske stanice itd.

udjite u program openIV, i idite na lokaciju:

Grand Theft Auto V\x64c.rpf\levels\gta5\props\building\v_rooftop.rpf\

zamenite sve podatke u skinutom folderu sa original fajlovima.

I to je to.
