New Vehicle Color (real) 16 bit colors

here's my own modified Gta Sa car color
16 bit real colors
just copy and replace the carcols.dat file to your data folder in San Andreas main folder
(Default C:\\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto San Andreas\Data\Carcols.dat)
