Sa_directX2.0 Complex shadow v0.369 fix

GTA San Andreas without version change. Removed character shadows if complex shadows are enabled. Made complex shadows independent from usual shadows. Added camera position to statistics tab.
Download and install the gta sa directory
into the directory containing sa directx 2.0
