Description
I tried to make an ENB for gta IV to make Iv's graphics just like GTA V and here's the results:
This ENB make your game just like Gta V specially clouds.
Gta IV: Tested on 1.0.7.0
Gta EFLC: Tested on 1.1.2.0
Tested in:
CPU: Intel Core i5
VGA: 1 GB Radeon HD
RAM: 4 GB DDR 3

Looks really nice.;) But i will not download it, if it has the red sky bug. As i know this problem is yet not fixed on 1070, right? Actually i play with 1070 without enb, but with graphicsmod from DKT70(RealityIV 2.0), which is really nice, because you dont have red sky bug and no loose of fps.:)
