Drunk Peds Mod by matt19811
No keys just copy this in your gtaiv scripts folder to make gta more ambient.
To change how often peds walk around drunk and urinate, change the interval in the constructor at top of the script.
Interval = 7000(Fast)
Interval = 30000;(default/slower)
This goes in your gtaiv scripts folder
