@elcreador i delete the scripts folder and still i have same problem. i dont know what you mean by to disable asi about online and interior map. the asi file which iam using are:
1. Menyoo
2. Scene director
3.trainerV
4.Skin control
and others from your Liberty cry remix - (to root game directory for V 2060.1) folder
I guess i will live with the half map of LC

@elcreador I download the file "DIRECTOR MODE FIX" and replace the files in mod game directory.
When i enter the game in loading story mode all of sudden the game switch off. I dont know whats wrong i followed your read me text but it wont let me to play the game
I tried both
1. FILES FOR V1.01
2. FILES FOR V3.0 MOVED MAP

err_sys_INVALIDRESOURCE_5 when i use rockstar editor on this map
After many hours for searching the solution for this error, i found out there error in jersey file in the modded liberty city map folder. I want to know which file inside jersey cause this error. So i start to delete one by one and test the game again. I found out there is problem Setup2.xml file that cause this problem.
When i delete

<Item>CCS_jersey_NG_INIT</Item>
</ContentChangeSets>
</Item>
I dont get this error and the game work perfectly fine. but half of the map dosen't respawn
