Good work but the fog lights are not working

Well... The work itself is outstanding but I can't install liveries in my car like it just doesn't appear except A fine good car with just white color. the texture is there but not the livery. plz, help..!

Can Anyone tell me that Is there any way to use VCS (Visual car spawner) cuz every time I try to spawn a car it just crashes while having Gta V hud mode but after removing this mod the spawner works fine? Please help..!!
