I'm trying to install the V3 Moved version

do I need a specific gameconfig or is it already in the mod files?
what version of the mod should i use with the current version of the game?
is the file called (V 2215)?
if yes, does it already come with the gameconfig?
Sorry for the dumb questions, I'm a newbie
