Found two bugs
1. The ammunation at market, los Santos doesn't have a counter or a seller
2. The Cleo scripts ped1.cs and ped2.cs is disabling traffic in roads.
Can you help me with the Second bug

Just saw a glitch with rustler. The front wing is dispatched from the plane and keeps spinning in mid air.
Can you show a fix?
