@GTAIV12 Sorry, I was not on the site for a while. To anwser your question, I used Paint as at the time I didn't learn Photoshop well and essentially just combined the two pre-existing jacket models, the one with the black jacket and the one with the grey hoodie underneath. It's like a mish-mash of existing texture files, I didn't actually manipulate the colours.

That's one thing that always bugged me about IV, that the phone was so bland, and any phone related mods just gave Niko, a visa-dodging immigrant in 2008, the newest iPhone. Awesome stuff.
