To fix the taxi bug u need to install Fusion Fix, just install it first then find the fusionfix.ini in the main directory and open the ini, then scroll down until u see "[BudgetedIV]" and "Vehicle Budget=" put this number in Vehicle budget like this, VehicleBudget = 506188032 , here u go the taxi spawn bug is now fixedgood
