Where do I put the files? There are some files like d3d8.dll and bass.dll that seem as though they should go in the main installation folder where gta3.exe is located but the trainer files themselves seem like something that I should put in the CLEO folder. This is confusing and there are no instructions.

This is awesome! I changed the file names to police.wft and police.wtd and replaced the standard police cruisers with this Dodge, it's so cool to see them driving around.

I take it i'm supposed to put CHP_LED.ini in the scripts folder?

The plane is awesome! However, I guess I must have done something wrong in handling.dat because I spawned the plane on the runway at the airport, but when I started to move down the runway the plane exploded and disappeared, then this weird glitch happened that i've never seen in GTA IV before, I got stuck in a loop of falling through the map and respawning, it's like the map wasn't solid any more. I had to teleport away from the airport to fix it, weird. Anyway this still deserves ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ because the plane is really cool!
