Is it possible to remove the ocean water? Like theres a mod that replaces the water.xml but that doesnt affect the Liberty City area. I mean because of the tunnels and metro stations being underwater and perhaps it would benefit the framerate too.

uninstaller for lc bridges.oiv? But the bridges are still there. Or then Im doing something wrong...

Any way to remove those additional goofy bridges?
