DISCLAIMER
In GTA:TBoGT, graphics are less blurry and environments are more colorful compared to vanilla GTA IV. This is NOT an ENB mod, this mod will just change game's visuals SLIGHTLY as mentioned in the description.

@Hullian111 Thanks for the feedback! Funny thing is, I made the "Worst place in America" at first. But then, I felt like it should be more serious for some reason. I might add the "Worst place in America" one when I got time since it's more lore-friendly.
