Is the car shows up by in-game's auto-spawn or do I need a trainer to use/show the car?

I want to add the Jester instead replacing it with other vehicle, but there is one thing that really confusing me in your installation steps.

Where do I need to put this "[Jester] scripts" that you typed below vehOff.csv?
