Can u please put a little more easy to follow guide on how to install this skin?

This is according to me the best looking skin for a police car and i really wanna use it.

I just dont know exactly how to install it correctly.

Did u use the save game editor for this, or did it all on your own?

only scripthook is not updated yet, so cant use it yet
