Nevermind. Disregard my previous post. Currently using IMG Manager. Only gripe is that it only allows a maximum of 100 files per import.

I am using IMGTool and how do I replace all the files in gta3.img from your mod all at the same time? I can't be bothered to replace each of the 400+ files individually one at a time.

I like the idea of having a squad follow you around. This makes me wonder about implementing the gang recruitment and control system from San Andreas into Vice City. VC gang AI is so dumb and sometimes Vercetti gang members fight and k*** each other.

There are multiple ped.ifp files included in this mod. Which one do I install?

Also, will this override any other animations included from other mods that modify the ped.ifp file?

I installed this and observed that male characters end up standing, walking, and running like women, too (noticed when I got Vercetti Gang members to follow me).
